Privacy notice

When you choose a consultation link from a Partner page, Online Doctor SA counts the page visit and outgoing link selection. These counts help us understand which Partner pages and consultation options are used. A link click does not tell us whether you completed a consultation.

If you choose to add your name

With your explicit agreement, we record your first name, surname, chosen consultation option, associated Partner page, and the time you agreed. Online Doctor SA administrators can view and download these details. We may share your name and selected option with the associated Partner if needed. We do not automatically email the Partner when you use a link. This portal does not share your consultation form, other medical information, or confirmation that you completed a consultation with the Partner.

You can continue to Online Doctor SA without entering your name. The outgoing link is still counted in anonymous totals.

Access and requests

Only Online Doctor SA administrators can view and download names entered on this portal. To ask about access, correction or deletion of the details you entered here, or to withdraw consent for future use, use the contact details on Online Doctor SA’s website. If we have already shared your details with a Partner, ask us about that copy too.

Consultations on Online Doctor SA have their own privacy policy and processes.
